Conservative dentistry

Conservative dentistry is a department of dentistry devoted to the prevention of tooth decay and treatment of carious defects. Dental caries is one of the most common diseases in the world that has been around since the dawn of time. It is caused by four simultaneously occurring factors: bacteria, sugars, tooth susceptibility and time. The first symptom of caries s enamel demineralization with a spot on the tooth. It is worth remembering that caries must not be underestimated, because decaying teeth with dental caries easily infect permanent teeth.

Proper early intervention allows the preservation of tooth tissues without the need for endodontic (root canal), surgical, prosthetic or orthodontic treatment.

For the early detection and treatment of caries in adults, we recommend and invite for follow-up visits every 6 months, while in children every 3 months.
