Paweł Szuba-Paszkiewicz

“I specialize in prosthetic and implant-prosthetic treatment; aesthetic reconstructions: veneers, crowns, bridges, aesthetic veneering, reconstructions on implants and aesthetic fillings (in the anterior section). I am a consultant and lecturer at Tokuyama, Carestream Dental, Harvard Dental, Lasotronix, Cerkamed, and the author of, among others, innovative, digital work techniques, methods of taking impressions (DiaC-Traction), SDP digital smile design, or minimally invasive methods of smile reconstruction. I am also a member of the Dental Master and a lecturer at the Medical Academy in Wrocław.”

From an early age I was involved in the dental practice run by my parents, thanks to which already during my studies, as one of the few, I gained invaluable skills, especially in the field of prosthetics, which later turned out to be necessary in solving difficult clinical cases. Continuing the 50-year-old family tradition, since 2013 I have been managing the Estetique Dental and Digital Implantology Center in Polanica-Zdrój, and I also take care of my patients at the Estetique Center in Bielany Wrocławskie.
I share my knowledge and passion for digital prosthetics with doctors from all over Poland, conducting my own Digital Dental Education trainings.
In my free time, instead of a scanner, I hold a guitar in my hands, which I put aside in the winter for seasonal winter sports – snowboarding.
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Dentistry at the Medical Academy in Wrocław, which I graduated with honors in 2004.

Natalia Pochroń-Sawka

“I am a dentist specializing in prosthetic treatment, malocclusion and the treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunctions, as well as conservative treatment and endodontics.”

I always focus on an individual approach to the patient and comprehensive treatment. Patient satisfaction is my priority, and his smile compensates for everything. Privately, I am a person full of energy who uses very actively. Every summer I look forward to winter so that I can put on my ski boots after work. At the Estetique Centre, I use the highest quality equipment, which allows me to accurately diagnose my patients.

I am a graduate of the Medical University of Lublin. I completed my postgraduate internship at the Central Military Medical Clinic in Warsaw. I have participated in many courses and trainings in the field of broadly understood dentistry. In 2019, I completed a series of prestigious Endodontic Curriculum trainings, organized by the Polish Endodontic Society.

Adam Nowicki

“I approach each patient individually, choosing a treatment method based on detailed diagnostics, and above all, taking care of the comfort and safety of my patients.
At the Estetique Centre, he performs regenerative, implantological and implant-prosthetic procedures, and recently I have introduced an innovative technique of simultaneous implantation with prosthetic reconstruction, so that the patient leaves with a beautiful and complete smile after one treatment day.”

I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. In 2017, I obtained the title of doctor of medical sciences, conducting research on disorders of the masticatory system. For many years, during numerous trainings, symposiums and workshops, I have been improving my knowledge and range of skills. My passions and specializations are: dental diagnostics, bite reconstruction, dental surgery and microsurgery with implantology. Privately, he is also interested in digital dentistry. Modern equipment that I use on a daily basis, including an intraoral scanner, microscopes – combined with experience and passion for work and difficult cases, make the effects of my dental treatments ensure the highest level of aesthetics.

Kacper Lisiecki

In my daily work, I am guided by a holistic approach to each patient. I start each visit with listening to the patient’s needs and assessing his general health. I look at the Patient holistically, choosing a treatment that is in line with the highest quality practice and responds to the Patient’s expectations as to the final aesthetic effect.
He works with the latest technology and performs each procedure under magnification, because precision is an important element in the dentist’s work. Oral surgery is my greatest passion, and I constantly improve my skills by participating in numerous trainings. I try to familiarize patients with modern dental solutions that give a new definition of the comfort of dental treatment. At the end of the day, it is satisfied patients who drive me to further develop my passion, which is dentistry.

Magdalena Kalata

I attach great importance to precision in my profession, which is why dental loupes and a surgical microscope are my weapon and they accompany me in my daily work.”

When working with patients, the most important thing for me is communication, without which it is impossible to achieve satisfactory results. I always discuss treatment options as well as expectations and the expected cost of the planned treatment based on the pantomographic image and intraoral examination. From the very beginning of my professional career, I focus on development. I participate in trainings and scientific conferences that allow me to keep up to date in the dynamically developing industry of dentistry. My priority is for my patients to know that they are under the care of a professional dentist.

I am a graduate of Collegium Medicum of the Medical University of Lublin, which I graduated in 2016.
Outside of work, I like to spend my time actively: snowboarding in the winter, and mountain and motorcycle trips in the summer. I am a believer in good karma, i.e. I love to cook, eat and feed my loved ones.
I am eager to travel the world in search of culinary inspirations and sports experiences.

Margareta Iwanowicz

“At Centrum she deals with pedodontics, i.e. the treatment of the youngest patients. Pediatric dentistry is not only my specialization. It is above all a passion that makes me treat every day as the highest priority, meeting the expectations of my Little, Demanding Patients and taking care of the peace of their Parents and Guardians, who are equally important to me.”

During the visit, I familiarize the youngest with the stages of dental examination and treatment and I care about shaping good habits of daily hygiene. My Little Patients are happy to return to the dental chair, thanks to the friendly atmosphere of visits, which I care about.
The first visit to the dentist can be remembered for life, which is why I understand how important the first impression and first memories of visits are. During the adaptation visit for children and parents, I try to establish a relationship with the toddler. In this way, the child can see that the meeting with the dentist is not so scary and the patient will come to the first visit with a smile.
I constantly improve my competences by participating in numerous courses and scientific conferences.

I graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry of the Medical University in Wrocław.

Agnieszka Makarewicz

“At Centrum Estetique Polanica-Zdrój, he deals with neurologopedics, i.e. he diagnoses speech and communication disorders of neurological origin.”

It is primarily my passion, which makes each day a new challenge for me. I put patients and their needs first. I diagnose each of them individually and prioritize their needs. As a myofunctional therapist, I work according to Anita Kittel’s method. I also deal with the treatment of motor disorders of the oral cavity, the MFS system, as well as functional orthodontics therapy. I love working with people. Each patient is a new challenge as well as an opportunity for help and self-development. In my free time I travel – I love Italy the most. I like cycling, sports and dancing.

Kamila Urbaniak

In 2016, she graduated from the Private School of Hygienists in Dzierżoniów, thus obtaining the title of dental hygienist. By participating in numerous courses and trainings, she constantly improves her qualifications. In 2015, she participated in the professional training Hygienization from A to Z, and in 2016 she participated in the Professional Hygienist course.

Monika Małek-Laszczyk

I graduated from the University of Technology and Humanities with a bachelor’s degree in Nysa in the field of health promotion with elements of public health and the Private College of Dental Hygienists in Dzierżoniów. I have participated in many prestigious courses and trainings, e.g. Guided Biofilm Therapy, Regenerative teeth whitening using the Prevdent system.

Natalia Czerniak

In 2020, I graduated from school, where I obtained the specialization of a dental hygienist. I enjoy working with our patients. In my spare time, I tend to my vegetable garden and love to play board games with my friends.

Joanna Wnuk

I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts. W. Strzemiński in Łódź and I spend my free time reading books and painting pictures with acrylic paints.

Aleksandra Jagielska

“I have been working at Centrum Estetique since 2019, at first as a Dental Assistant, in 2021 the Prosthetic Laboratory was established, then I also took the position of laboratory coordinator and currently I am responsible for the metamorphosis of our patients’ smiles.”

I am a dental technician and dental hygienist by education. In 2020, I completed my first degree studies in the field of “dental technician”, in the same year I also obtained a dental hygienist diploma. Apart from prosthetics, my passion is dental surgery and I still assist doctor Adam Nowicki in implantology and surgical procedures at our center in Polanica Zdrój. In my free time, I am constantly learning and expanding my knowledge, I love painting, sketching and spending time actively by cycling and rollerblading, and in winter, due to the proximity of mountains and slopes, I polish my snowboarding skills.

Contact with people is my favorite form of work. In my spare time, I enjoy watching Beauty movies, crime dramas and thrillers. We’ve been friends with Netflix for a long time. In addition, I am interested in the subject of healthy eating, I have completed a one-year dietetic study (post-secondary school). I value peace and quiet, but I can’t function without friends and family, with whom I try to spend as much time as possible. Constant successes at work and beautiful weather motivate me to act.

I know dental registration from the ground up. My adventure with work in dental registration began in 2015. I support the coordinators of other centers within the Dentity group. I graduated from the Lower Silesian University in the field of pedagogy. Privately, I love traveling, both small and large. I like to spend my free time with my friends.
